Winter Shake Off Ride: Portland to the Coast

Dust off the gear and sync your intercoms, it’s time to officially put winter in the rearview mirror. Join BMW Motorcycles of Portland for our annual Winter Shake Off Ride, a two-day coastal escape designed to celebrate the return of the riding season.
We’re heading West to the rugged Oregon coast for a weekend of winding roads, fresh salt air, and the unmatched camaraderie of the BMW Motorrad community.
The Plan
We’ll gather at the dealership for a pre-ride meet-up before heading out on a curated route toward Lincoln City. Our destination is a historic coastal hotel where we’ll relax, swap stories over a group dinner, and enjoy a proper “moto night out” by the Pacific.
Meet Up: 12:30 PM @ BMW Motorcycles of Portland
Kickstands Up (KSU): 1:00 PM Sharp
Destination: Lincoln City, OR (Overnight Stay)
Experience Level: All BMW riders and models are welcome!
What’s Included:
Lead & Sweep Riders: A coordinated group ride to ensure everyone stays on track and arrives safely.
Historic Accommodations: We’ve selected a premier historic hotel in Lincoln City for our overnight stay.
Community: An evening of dinner and drinks with fellow enthusiasts.
Registration & Logistics
Space is limited due to hotel capacity, so early registration is highly encouraged. Please note that riders are responsible for their own fuel and personal gear.
